Mike Tyson versus Roy Jones Jr. Declared a Draw

Saturday’s much discussed exhibition boxing match between legends Roy Jones Jr. and Mike Tyson was declared a draw, even though the latter landed many more punches.
After the eight-round fight, the celebrity judges, Christy Martin, Chad Dawson and Vinny Pazienza announced the fight was a draw. The 54-year-old Tyson out struck the 51-year-old Jones Jr. by a 67-37 margin.
Since the fight was an exhibition, it will not be reflected on either man’s official record.
