Report: UFC Lands Multi-Year TV Deal with FOX
By FCF Staff
Sports Business Journal is reporting that the Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) has signed its first network TV programming agreement, a multi-year deal with FOX, which could place as many as four live events per year on the broadcast network.
As part of the agreement, Sports Business Journal writer John Ourand said that most of the UFC programming available on Spike and Versus would move over to FOX basic cable station FX. Both the Spike and Versus agreements with UFC are set to expire at the close of this year.
