Murder Charges Laid Following Death of UFC Vet Ryan Jimmo

Two suspects have been arrested and one has been charged with murder, following the death of former UFC competitor Ryan Jimmo last weekend.
The 34 year-old fighter was killed early Sunday morning, after he was reportedly struck by a truck in the parking lot of an Edmonton bar. According to a recent report from the CBC, the 23 year-old Anthony Getschel has been charged with second-degree murder, criminal negligence causing death, dangerous operation of a motor vehicle causing death, and failing to stop at the scene of an accident involving death.
The 21 year-old Jordan Wagner has been charged with being an accessory after the fact to murder.
Police have been informed that a “brief verbal argument” occurred in the bar’s parking lot, before the alleged incident occurred.
