Aljamain Sterling to Face Raphael Assuncao at UFC’s Albany Card

The UFC’s December 9th card in Albany, New York has received a compelling bantamweight fight, as the promotion’s announced that Aljamain Sterling will take on Raphael Assuncao.
Sterling (8-1) will be looking to get back on track, as the New York fighter dropped a split decision to Bryan Caraway in May. Sterling had won all four of his UFC bouts prior to that.
Assuncao (23-5) had his seven fight winning streak come to an end in July, as he lost via unanimous decision to TJ Dillashaw.
Heading into UFC FN 102, Sterling is ranked #8 at 135 and Assuncao is #3.
