Mike Brown admits that he would love to fight again, but the former WEC featherweight champ and 30 fight plus vet doesn’t see it happening.

Since Brown’s last fight in 2013, the 41 year-old fighter has taken on more-and-more coaching duties with American Top Team. Recently the veteran fighter appeared on MMA Junkie.com Radio, and Brown had this to say about launching a comeback (quote via MMA Junkie):

“I don’t think (I’ll fight again),” Brown said. “I’m happy with my coaching job. I’m happy with what I do. I do miss it – I would love to fight again. But it would take me away from coaching, and I’m so committed to that now. I’m so busy. It’s just one fight after another, after another.

“Something would have to be neglected, and at that point it would be coaching…. I would love to fight again, of course, but I don’t see that ever happening again.”

Brown was stopped by Steve Siler in his last bout, which took place at UFC FN 26 in August, 2013.
