BAMMA has announced that the former TUF “Smashes” competitor Colin Fletcher will fight veteran Tony Hervey, at the promotion’s April 5th event in London, England.

Fletcher (9-4) is looking to rebound from the submission loss he incurred versus Mansour Barnaoui in December, which took place at BAMMA 14. Prior to that the British fighter worked his way to a unanimous decision win over Tim Newman in September.

“I’m really excited to be fighting in London and the venue looks great. More importantly I’m really looking forward to fighting Tony as he’s got a pretty unique style,” Fletcher said in a BAMMA press release. “I’ll come looking for the big finish so it should make a real fun fight. I recently lost my bath sponge so I’m going to punch a hole in his face and steal out his brain to use as a new one. With his brain and my Nicole Scherzinger body wash, I’ll  be just shhhheeeer-mazing.”

The lightweight is 3-2 in his last 5 fights, which includes losses to Mike Ricci and Norman Parke with the UFC.

Hervey (16-16) is coming off a split decision win over Curt Demarce in November, while competing for King of the Cage. The American fighter is 2-3 in his last 5 contests.

BAMMA 15 will be hosted by the Copper Box Arena in London’s Olympic Park.
