Bantamweights Robert Lek and Saengchot Parkaiphet to Battle at DARE 2/11

Dare Fight Sports has announced the first bantamweight bout for the promotion’s upcoming September 24th event in Bangkok, Thailand, as Robert Lek will take on fellow Muay Thai vet Saengchot “Nuay” Parkaiphet.
The winner of the bout will advance to the quarterfinals of Dare’s ongoing competition to crown a bantamweight champ. DARE 2/11 will be hosted by Bangkok’s Club Insomnia.
Lek is a decorated Muay Thai competitor who according to the Dare press release has several hundred Muay Thai bouts and just one MMA fight, a decision loss, on his record. The bantamweight was a trainer at Tiger Muay Thai before relocating to the Phuket Top Team facility.
Like Lek, Parkaiphet is also an experienced Muay Thai competitor who has been training under K-1 and MMA vet Ole Laursen, as well as BJJ purple belt and Martial Combat veteran Malik Mawlayi.
Some of the other bouts that have been confirmed for the upcoming September 24th card include welterweight Adam Shahir Kayoom vs. Seok Mo Kim, Wiktor Svensson vs. welterweight Krysztof Hajtalowicz and middleweight Rodrigo “Ximbica” Ribeiro vs. Wade “The G.O.A.T.” Henderson.
