Here are the results from tonight’s Strikeforce “Barnett vs. Kharitonov” event in Cincinnati, which saw Josh Barnett and Daniel Cormier score first round victories to advance to the finals of the promotion’s heavyweight grand-prix final.

In another of the card’s feature attractions, challenger Luke Rockhold worked his way to a unanimous decision win over Ronaldo Souza, to become the promotion’s middleweight champion.
