Bellator 110: “Rampage” Jackson Puts Away Christian M’Pumbu
By FCF Staff
“Rampage” Jackson moved to 2-0 under the Bellator banner tonight in Uncasville, Connecticut, as the former UFC champ put away Christian M’Pumbu with strikes in the opening round.
After several minutes of fairly uneventful action, Jackson swarmed M’Pumbu after he slipped to the mat, and knocked the former Bellator champ out with a couple of hard right hands from above.
In the other light-heavyweight tourney semi-final, “King Mo” Lawal outscored Mikhail Zayats for the unanimous decision win. After Jackson stopped M’Pumbu, the outspoken fighter declared he’ll knockout out Lawal next, prompting a near, pro-wrestling like altercation in the cage.
