Bellator has announced two more bouts for the promotion’s upcoming, January 16th card, as Houston Alexander will face light-heavyweight Virgil Zwicker and Marius Zaromskis will battle welterweight Fernando Gonzalez.

“Our first event of 2015 should be absolutely incredible,” Bellator President Scott Coker said in the official announcement. “We already had two fantastic fights on the lineup, including a world title fight, and now we’ve added a rematch between Virgil Zwicker and Houston Alexander that features some real intrigue after the incidents from their first meeting, as well as Fernando Gonzalez looking to beat his third-straight high-profile veteran in Marius Zaromskis, who is still one of the most devastating and creative strikers in the sport.”

Alexander (16-10-1) and Zwicker (12-4-1) fought in October, but the bout was declared a majority draw, after Alexander was docked two points for illegal headbutts. The latter is 3-1-1 in his last 5 bouts, while Zwicker has gone 2-2-1.

Gonzales (22-13) is coming off a first round, stoppage win over Karo Parisyan in October, and is 3-2 in his last 5 scraps.

Zaromskis (20-8), on the other hand, decisioned Vaugh Anderson in his last outing and is also 3-2 in his previous 5 contests.

Here is the updated line-up for Bellator 132, which will go down in Temecula, California. The card will be headlined by a featherweight fight between champion Paticio “Pitbull” Freire and Daniel Straus.
