Bellator 138: Bobby Lashley Receives New Opponent After James Thompson Withdraws

Bobby Lashley has received a new opponent, just over a week out from Bellator 138, as the promotion has announced that his original opponent, James Thompson, has withdrawn.
Stepping in for the latter will be Dan Charles (9-2), who is coming off back-to-back wins and is 3-2 in his last 5 fights.
Lashley (12-2), meanwhile, is riding a five fight winning streak. Most recently he stopped Karl Etherington in October.
The nature of Thompson’s injury was not disclosed.
