Bellator has announced a change for its upcoming July 26th event in Mulvane, Kansas, as the promotion has confirmed that Goiti Yamauchi will no longer face Pat Curran.

Yamauchi has been forced to withdraw from the bout due to injury, and as a result, Emmanuel Sanchez has agreed to face the former featherweight champ.

Sanchez (10-1) will head into the bout armed with a six fight winning streak, and most recently, he decisioned Alejandro Villalobos at Bellator 135.

Curran (20-7) is looking to get back on track, after being decisioned by Patricio “Pitbull” Freire and Daniel Weichel in consecutive fights.

Here is the updated card for Bellator 139, which will be hosted by the Kanas Star Event Center Arena.
