Kimbo Slice hitting DADA 5000 (photo Bellator)

There was a lot of buzz tied to the Kimbo Slice – DADA 5000 bout leading up to Bellator 149, but the fight well short of some fan’s expectations.

Both heavyweights were exhausted by the end of round one and the action grinded to a halt. Finally in round three, Slice finished the bout with several punches, but it wasn’t clear if DADA 5000 went down from exhaustion, the blows, or both.

During the fight, many pro-fighters were quick to criticize the co-main event, and here were some of the comments on Twitter.
