“Rampage” Jackson and “King Mo” Lawal have been booked for a rematch at the March 31st, Bellator 175, and the war of words has already started.

Bellator announced the match-up, which will take place at heavyweight, this past weekend at Bellator 170. Lawal and Jackson fought for the first time in May, 2014, and the latter won the tightly contested fight via unanimous decision.

After Bellator 170, the promotion held a press conference with Lawal and Jackson. The former UFC light-heavyweight champ had this to say to Lawal, who made remarks about Jackson’s weight (quote via MMA Fighting):

“I’m too old to be cutting weight to 205,” Jackson said. “My ass is too big. I got a big ass and I got big-ass legs. I shouldn’t be fighting at 205. I’m just a big guy now…”

“But it hurt my feelings, though, King Mo. You called me fat. That hit home, though. That was a low blow. But I ain’t said nothing about your ugly ass mustache and beard combo. I haven’t said nothing that’s true, that’s hit home like that. I haven’t gotten on your ugly ass ears, like a damn Gremlin.”

Jackson returned to Bellator last summer, following a contract dispute with the promotion, and earned a split decision win over Satoshi Ishii.
