Henderson (28-11), who is looking to end a three-fight losing streak, is coming off a decision loss to Brent Primus in October. The former UFC lightweight champ’s last victory came in September, 2019, when Henderson recorded a decision win over Myles Jury.
Mamedov (20-1-1) has won back-to-back fights and in July, he defeated Primus by split decision.
Bellator 273 will be headlined by a heavyweight title fight between champion Ryan Bader and interim champ Valentin Moldavsky.
