Here are the results from the second, Bellator versus Rizin event, which took place Saturday in Tokyo, Japan.

In the main event, Patricky “Pitbull” Freire advanced in the lightweight grand prix, by stopping Rizin champion Roberto De Souza in round three with a leg kick. De Souza was stepping in on short notice, following AJ McKee’s withdrawal due to a staph infection.

The card was also supposed to determine Bellator’s inaugural flyweight champion. But, the title fight between Kyoji Horiguchi and Makoto “Shinryu” was declared a no-contest, after the latter incurred an accidental eyepoke.
