"Cyborg" Santos

In response to the devastating and horrifying injury Evagenlista “Cyborg” Santos incurred at Bellator 158, the promotion will be paying for the fighter’s medical bills, and will be delivering him a win bonus as well.

Santos was KO’d by a flying knee from Michael Page at the event, and recently it was revealed that the strike fractured the veteran’s skull. The fighter’s ex-wife, Cris “Cyborg” Justino reported that a Go Fund Me campaign has been started to send financial assistance to Santos.

In a follow up report from MMA Junkie, Bellator President Scott Coker relayed that the promotion is taking care of “Cyborg’s” medical bills, and paying him his win bonus. Coker reportedly did not disclose how much the win bonus was for.
