Ben Henderson and Carlos Condit Sign UFC Contract Extensions

By FCF Staff

UFC contenders Carlos Condit and Ben Henderson have signed contract extensions with the promotion, according to their agent, First Round Management CEO Malki Kawa. The deals were announced by Kawa via his official Twitter account. No terms were disclosed. (Pictured: Condit)

Henderson (14-2) has impressed since arriving in the UFC earlier this year, as the former WEC  lightweight champ has scored unanimous decision wins over Mark Bocek and most recently, fellow contender Jim Miller.

The only man to defeat Henderson in his last ten fights is Anthony Pettis, who was awarded the UD win over Henderson when they fought at WEC 53 in December.

Condit (27-5) has now gone 4-1 since the former WEC welterweight champ crossed over to the UFC. Since losing by split decision to Martin Kampmann at Fight Night 18 in April, 2009, Condit has won four straight, earning victories over Jake Ellenberger, Rory MacDonald, Dan Hardy and most recently, Dong Hyun Kim.
