By FCF Staff
Bo Nickal has been booked for his next bout, following his first career defeat in May, as the decorated wrestler will battle Rodolfo Viera.
Recently, the UFC announced that the middleweight fight will be part of the November 15th, UFC 322 card in New York City.
Nickal (7-1) is coming off a second-round, stoppage loss to former ONE champ, Reinier de Ridder. The 29-year-old and former NCAA Division 1 wrestling champ had gone 4 and 0 in the UFC prior to the defeat.
Viera (11-3), meanwhile, recorded a unanimous decision win over Tresean Gore in his last bout, which took place in August. The 35-year-old, who has won multiple world championships in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, is 3 and 2 in his last 5 outings.
UFC 322 will be hosted by Madison Square Garden. In the main event, welterweight champion Jack Della Maddalena will face former lightweight champ, Islam Makhachev.
