 Bobby Green made weight for a scheduled bout with Jim Miller today. But, after collapsing before the ceremonial weigh-ins, the lightweight has been removed from UFC 258.

Prior to the ceremonial weigh-ins, UFC President Dana White reported that Green had collapsed. Since then the fighter has reported that he had “air pockets” in his lungs and that it’s believed his kidneys failed.

The 34-year-old Green (27-11-1) is coming off a decision loss to Thiago Moises in October and is 2-3 in his last 5 bouts.

Miller (32-15), who is now 36, would have been fighting for the first time since last August, when he lost via decision to Vinc Pichel.
