Super Fight League has begun unveiling the line-up for the promotion’s upcoming May 6th event in New Delhi, India, and in keeping with its last card, several experienced vets will be competing.

Headlining the event will be a heavyweight match-up between Bobby Lashley and James Thomspon.

Lashley (7-1) will be competing for the first time since November, when he tapped out Karl Knothe with a first round, keylock while competing for Shark Fights.

The experienced wrestler has won two straight since he was stopped by Chad Griggs in August, 2010.

Thompson (17-14) fought at SFL’s first card in March and stopped Bob Sapp in the first round. Prior to the win, the heavyweight recorded a submission win and a no contest result against Mariusz Pudzianowski.

At light-heavyweight, Trevor Prangley (23-9) will take on Baga Agaev (26-11).

Prangley is coming off a stoppage loss to Bellator middleweight champ Hector Lombard in November, while Agaev stopped Matteo Minonzio in the second round last month to extend his win streak to four.

Other bouts that have been confirmed for SFL 3 include middleweight Doug Marshall (14-5) vs. Zelg Galesic (10-6), and Lena Ovchynnikova (8-1) vs.  125 lb. fighter Joanne Calderwood (1-0).

SFL 3 will be broadcast live on the promotion’s official Youtube page and will be hosted by New Delhi’s IGI Stadium.
