Brian Ortega versus Yair Rodriguez set for featherweight clash in Long Island

The UFC officially announced on Thursday that Brian Ortega versus Yair Rodriguez set to headline their July 16th event. Bout will be contested at featherweight. Location will be at the UBS Arena at Belmont Park in Elmont, New York.
Both featherweight contenders are looking to get back on track after losing their last bouts. Brian Ortega’s last bout was against the featherweight champion Alexander Volkanovski in a fight of the year candidate last September at UFC 266, where he lost via unanimous decision.
Yair Rodriguez’s last bout was against Max Holloway last November, where he lost via unanimous decision .
