Cain Velasquez denied bail in attempted murder case

According to Santa Clara County court, former UFC heavyweight Cain Velasquez was denied bail in his attempted murder case on Monday.
Cain Velasquez was arrested last week after he allegedly tried to shoot a man, who molested a young relative of Velasquez that resulted in a 11 mile car chase in California.
Judge Shelyna Brown denied bail after saying Velasquez’s actions in the case were “reckless by any standard” and that “risk is too great” to release Velasquez on bail. Velasquez is next due in Court on April 12th.
