CES MMA 52: Jeremiah Wells Takes Welterweight Title

CES MMA 52 took place on Friday night, and the event saw Jeremiah Wells win the welterweight title, by earning a decision win over Jason Norwood.

Here are the results for the card, which took place in Philadelphia.

Jeremiah Wells (6-1-1) defeated Jason Norwood (18-6) by unanimous decision (49-45, 49-45, 49-46).
Co-Main Event – Middleweight Fight – Ron Stallings (15-8, 1 NC) defeated Nah-Shon Burrell (15-11, 1 NC) via unanimous decision (29-28, 29-28, 30-27).
Featherweight Fight – Pat Sabatini (9-2) submitted Boimah Karmo (5-5) with a rear naked choke at 2:19 in round one.
Heavyweight Fight – Chris Daukaus (6-2) finished Jahsua Marsh (3-4) to win by TKO at 2:16 in round two.
Lightweight Fight – Eugene Aubry (1-0) scored a TKO victory over Ed Shupe (0-1) at 2:30 in round one.
190 pound Catchweight Fight – Joe Pyfer (2-0) defeated D.J. Wilson (2-2) via unanimous decision (30-27, 30-27, 30-27).
