Following Alexander Volkanovski’s razor-thin, and some say controversial, win over Max Holloway at UFC 251, Chan Sung Jung was quick to blast the featherweight champ.

Volkanovski faced Holloway for the second time on Saturday, and emerged with a split decision win. The champion was dropped in the first and second rounds, however, and many people scored the first three frames for Holloway.

After the thrilling bout, Jung shared out the comment below.

“I am responding to yesterday’s title match against Volkanovski and Halloway. To be honest, it is shameful that Volkanovski is a champion of my weight class.

Give him to me then you don’t need to worry about the judges decision.

As you know, I won’t let the judges decide the result of my fight. I will finish him at the title match and that is what UFC fans want to watch.”

The 33-year-old Jung (16-5) hasn’t fought since December, when he stopped Frankie Edgar in the opening round. The expectation has been that ‘The Korean Zombie’ will fight Brian Ortega next. The two were scheduled to fight in December before Ortega withdrew with a knee injury.
