Chuck Liddell Would Fight “Tomorrow” if “Crazy” Offer Arrived
By FCF Staff
Chuck Liddell hasn’t come out of retirement yet, but it certainly looks like the legendary fighter’s seriously considering a comeback.
In recent months, there’s been a lot of speculation as to whether the 47 year-old fighter will fight again, but, nothing official has been announced. During a recent episode of MMA Tonight, Liddell said this, when asked about the possibility of a return to the cage (quotes via MMA Fighting):
“I’ve thought about it but everyone’s gonna have to keep wondering. I’m not sure yet, so we’ll see. . .
“I’m healthy. It would probably take more than [a month] to set it up, but I’m not sure yet. We’ll see. I mean, it depends on what gets offered. If someone offers me something crazy, I could fight tomorrow, but it just depends.”
The former light-heavyweight champ hasn’t fought since 2010, when he was knocked out by Rich Franklin.
