According to Ariel Helwani, Ciryl Gane versus Tai Tuivasa set for the UFC’s September 3rd event. Bout will be contested at heavyweight. Location is expected to be in Paris, France. No official venue has been announced.

Ciryl Gane is looking to build another win streak after losing his last bout against current heavyweight champion and former teammate Francis Ngannou via unanimous decision at UFC 270 last January. A fight that in many people’s eyes, Ciryl Gane was winning until Ngannou took over with his wrestling in the final three rounds.

Tai Tuivasa on the other hand is on a five fight win streak with his last win coming against Derrick Lewis, which he won via knockout at UFC 271 last February.
