Conor McGregor has added another piece to his extensive, business portfolio, as the former UFC champ’s confirmed he’s bought an ownership stake in the Bare Knuckle Fighting Championship (BKFC).

The polarizing star reportedly announced the news during the BKFC’s latest card on Saturday in Los Angeles (quote via MMA Fighting.com).

“’The Notorious’ Conor McGregor here. Ladies and gentlemen, the huge announcement that I have for you today, Conor McGregor myself and McGregor Sports and Entertainment is now an owner of Bare Knuckle Fighting Championships,” McGregor said in a video that was shown during the card. “Welcome to the big leagues. David Feldman, baby, we did it.”

It’s not known yet how much of a stake in the promotion McGregor’s company holds. Triller reportedly remains the majority owner of BKFC.

In the main event of Saturday’s BKFC card, Mike Perry quickly stopped fellow UFC veteran, Thiago Alves.

The 35-year-old McGregor (22-6) is preparing for a June 29th bout with Michael Chandler at UFC 303. The event will be held at the T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas, Nevada.
