Now that Cory Sandhagen has officially been removed from next month’s UFC Raleigh, the rising bantamweight is asking fans for feedback on who should be his next opponent. While doing so, the 27-year-old has taken a poke at bantamweight champ, Henry Cejudo.

Sandhagen was originally booked to fight Frankie Edgar on January 25th. But, when Brian Ortega was forced out a December 21st bout with Chan Sung Jung due to injury, Edgar stepped in as a replacement.

Edgar was still hoping to fight Sandhagen next month. But, Edgar was stopped by Jung in the first round at UFC Busan, and is no longer available to compete.

More recently, Sandhagen posted the comments below on Instagram:

With Henry The Hall Monitor (Cejudo) still on his power trip and wanting to fight a guy that lost (I know it was close, but on paper (Jose) Aldo lost), who’s next for me?

A No. 1 contender fight with (Dominick) Cruz or (Marlon) Moraes makes most sense – they would be great fights for fans to watch

Aljamain (Sterling) is hurt, and (Petr) Yan is a fight that makes more sense down the road. Comment below and don’t be a douche – it’s almost Christmas

Sandhagen (12-1) has won five straight fights since arriving in the UFC and is coming off a decision win over Raphael Assuncao in August.
