Bellator has announced that the promotion’s female featherweight champ, Cris ‘Cyborg’, will take on Sinead Kavanagh next.

The decorated fighter will battle Kavanagh at Bellator 271, which will take place on November 12th in Hollywood, Florida.

‘Cyborg’ (24-2) will be competing for the first time since May, when she stopped Leslie Smith in the fifth round. The fight marked the second time ‘Cyborg’ had defended the featherweight belt and was her third straight victory.

Kavanagh (7-4) is coming off a decision win over  Katharina Lehner in October, 2020. The former amateur boxing champ has gone 3-2 in her last 5 bouts.

Bellator 271 will be broadcast by Showtime and will be hosted by the Hard Rock Live at Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino.
