Following her devastating loss to Amanda Nunes last month, Ronda Rousey reported she was going to take some time to consider her future in fighting, but Dana White believes the star likely won’t be back.

Rousey returned to the Octagon at UFC 207 for the first time since November, 2015, when she was KO’d by Holly Holm. The new bantamweight champ Nunes finished Rousey, however, in just 48 seconds with punches.

The MMA world has been waiting on Rousey to provide an update regarding her fighting future, but recently White reported the following on the UFC’s podcast “Unfiltered” (quote via MMA Junkie):

“In the conversation I had with her, if I had to say right here right now – again I don’t like saying right here right now because it’s up to her – but I would’t say she fights again,” White said. “I think she’s probably done.”

“She’s going to ride off into the sunset and start living her life outside of fighting,” the UFC President added.

Prior to her stoppage defeats, Rousey was widely regarded as one of the most dominant champions in combat sports. The 29 year-old carries a record of 12-2.
