UFC President Dana White starts the video blog by praising Australian airline company Qantas, urging fans to try flying with them if they decide to head to Australia. (I imagine flying first-class on any airline is quite nice, but apparently White really likes Qantas.)

The majority of the video blog is focused on UFC 148, with an inside look before the fights, cageside, and immediately after the fights end.

Tito Ortiz reveals he had 50% of his meniscus removed and wasn’t able to do much cardio – and Forrest Griffin gets cursed out for acting like a nut. White visited with Anderson Silva and Cung Le before they fought, while Chael Sonnen roams around after losing via TKO to Silva.
