As expected, a rematch between Daniel Cormier and Jon Jones has been added to the line-up of the July 29th, UFC 214 card.

Following Cormier’s submission win over Anthony Johnson last month, it was reported that the UFC was targeting the Anaheim card for the match-up. On Friday, the UFC announced that the fight has officially been booked.

Jones, who earned a decision win over Cormier in their first, 2015 encounter, will soon conclude a one year suspension he was handed by USADA. Cormier and Jones were scheduled to fight at UFC 200 last July, but the latter was flagged for a banned substance and pulled from the event.

In Jones’ last bout, which took place in April, 2016, he earned a UD win over Ovince Saint Preux. The light-heavyweight champ Cormier has won four straight fights since he faced Jones.

UFC 214 will be hosted by the Honda Center.
