Domestic Violence Case Against Nick Diaz is Dismissed

A domestic violence case against Nick Diaz, tied to an alleged incident in Las Vegas this past May, has been dismissed.
According to multiple reports, authorities in Nevada have decided to not charge Diaz with domestic battery by strangulation, and first-degree domestic battery. According to a report from MMA Junkie, Las Vegas Justice Court judge Amy Chelini has dismissed the case with prejudice, and as a result, charges cannot be refiled against Diaz in the future.
The 35 year-old Diaz, who is 2-2, with 1 no contest in his last 5 bouts, has not fought now since 2015.
