Donald "Cowboy" Cerrone

The second UFC on FOX Sports 1 card has its co-headliner, as Donald Cerrone will take on fellow lightweight contender Rafael dos Anjos at the event, which will take place August 31st in Indianapolis. The card will be hosted by the city’s Bankers Life Fieldhouse.

Indy Star.com reported the bout on Tuesday and the UFC has retweeted news of the fight.

Dos Anjos (19-6) is currently riding a four fight win streak, which has landed the 28 year-old fighter the number ten ranking in the promotion’s lightweight division. Most recently, dos Anjos worked his way to a unanimous decision win over Evan Dunham at UFC on FX 8.

Cerrone (20-5) earned a unanimous decision over KJ Noons in his last outing at UFC 160 last month, after he was quickly stopped by Anthony Pettis at UFC on FOX 6 in January. The 30 year-old is currently ranked sixth by the promotion.

UFC on FS 1 2 will be headlined by a welterweight rematch between Martin Kampmann and Carlos Condit.
