The Ultimate Fighting Championship has confirmed another bantamweight fight for its December 29th card in Las Vegas, as rising Jackson’s MMA fighter Erik Perez will take on Iron Clutch Fitness competitor Byron Bloodworth.

Perez (12-4) is coming off a first round knockout victory over Ken Stone in August to record his seventh straight win. At his Octagon debut in June, Perez defeated John Albert by first round, technical submission via armbar.

Bloodworth (6-2) hasn’t fought since last October, when he was stopped by Mike Easton in the second round at a UFC Live card. The loss, which was Bloodworth’s Octagon debut, ended a three fight win streak for the bantamweight.

UFC 155 is expected to be hosted by the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas and will be headlined by a heavyweight bout between champion Junior dos Santos and Cain Velasquez.

The UFC also announced Monday that Brad Pickett will fight fellow bantamweight vet Eddie Wineland at the December 29th event.
