Former Gold Medalist Boxer And ATT Coach Howard Davis Jr. Passes Away at 59

Former Olympic Gold Medalist boxer and American Top Team coach Howard Davis Jr. has passed away at the age of 59.
According to reports Davis Jr. was diagnosed with lung cancer earlier this year. The decorated boxer reportedly never smoked or drank.
Davis Jr. won a Gold Medal at the 1976 Olympic Games in Montreal and went on to record a 36-6-1 record as a professional.
After retirement, Davis Jr. went on to coach many MMA fighters in boxing, and was with American Top Team for several years. Davis Jr. was also a fight promoter in the South Florida region.
