Francis Ngannou Comments on Disappointing Performance at UFC 226

Francis Ngannou has been widely criticized for how he performed in his UFC 226 bout Saturday with Derrick Lewis, and now the former title challenger has responded.
Ngannou was extremely tentative and passive in the fight, and only managed to land 11 strikes in the entire contest. Lewis won the fight via decision. The bout marked the first time Ngannou had fought since he was defeated by Stipe Miocic in January.
Recently the feared slugger posted the statement below on Instagram.
