Manchester Top Team opens its doors to the media and the public for the first time since forming back in November 2019. Two-time UFC heavyweight champion and sporting pioneer Frank Mir makes the trip across the Atlantic from Las Vegas to the northern powerhouse of Manchester.

Brad Pickett, a mixed martial arts trailblazer of his own also makes the trip to the North West, having led the UK’s charge in the WEC and later the UFC, becoming a favourite of president Dana White for his entertaining fighting style. Brad is the founder and head coach of GB Top Team, enjoying success of it’s own on the international circuit. The day is hosted by stand-up comedian, turned combat sports commentator Bryan Lacey.

Manchester Top Team’s resident professional team including UFC featherweight Lerone Murphy, Bellator lightweight Kane Mousah alongside a plethora of combat sports talents will be on hand to showcase the new facility in Ashton Under Lyne.

Sessions with Frank Mir, Brad Pickett and the Manchester Top Team coaching staff will give people some insight into what to expect on a day-to-day basis at the gym. Competitions, children’s taste sessions and giveaways will be available alongside meet and greets with Mir, Pickett, Murphy and Mousah.
