By Press Release

DENVER – GLORY, the world’s premier kickboxing league, today announced the finalized cards for GLORY 35 Nice and GLORY 35 SuperFight Series, taking place at Palais Nikaia in Nice, France on Saturday, Nov. 5.

Reigning GLORY lightweight champion Sittichai was forced to withdraw from the headline bout of GLORY 35 Nice. As a result, his world title fight with 25-year-old Armenian-Belgian challenger Marat Grigorian has been postponed and will now headline GLORY 36 Oberhausen on Saturday, Dec. 10.

Previously serving as the main event of GLORY 35 SuperFight Series, the unification of GLORY’s light heavyweight title will now top GLORY 35 Nice. Champion Artem Vakhitov (16-5, 6 KO) squares off against interim champion Zack “The Black Warrior” Mwekassa (15-3, 13 KO) for the undisputed light heavyweight championship.

GLORY 35 Nice airs live on ESPN3 at 4 p.m. ET / 1 p.m. PT on Saturday, Nov. 5, with a replay broadcast on ESPN2 at 11 p.m. ET / 8 p.m. PT on Sunday, Nov. 6.

The heavyweight tilt between French natives Nicholas “Junior” Wamba (46-7, 21 KO) and GLORY newcomer Nordine Mahieddine (18-6, 11 KO) will move up the GLORY 35 SuperFight Series card, filling the slot vacated by Vakhitov and Mwekassa.

Becoming known for stepping in on a moment’s notice, former GLORY featherweight champion and No. 1 ranked contender Serhiy Adamchuk (33-7, 16 KO) replaces Dylan Salvador in his previously announced match-up with Canadian dynamo Josh Jauncey (25-7, 14 KO).

Rounding out the GLORY 35 SuperFight Series fight card will be a featherweight bout between former World Muay Thai Council (WMC) champion Petpanomrung Kiatmoo9 and Moldovan Stanislav Renita, both making their GLORY debuts.
