GLORY Collision 2: Badr Hari Injury Ensures Rico Verhoeven Retains HW Title

GLORY Collision 2 took place on Saturday in Arnhem, Netherlands, and the card saw Rico Verhoeven escape with the heavyweight title.

Verhoeven was dropped twice by the dangerous Badr Hari during the bout, but in round three, the latter incurred a leg injury and the fight was halted. The two fought in 2016 and that bout was stopped after Hari broke his arm.

Collision 2 also saw middleweight champion Alex Pereira defend the title via a vicious, first-round knockout of Ertugrul Bayrak.
