According to ESPN’s Brett Okamoto, Gunnar Nelson versus Takashi Sato is set for the UFC’s March 19th event. Bout will be contested at welterweight. Location will be at the o2 arena in London, England.

Takashi Sato is stepping in to replace Claudio Silva, who suffered an injury during his training camp for March 19th. Sato currently has a 2-2 record in the UFC with losing his last bout against Miguel Baeza via second round submission(arm triangle)in November of 2020.

Gunnar Nelson is also looking to get back on track in the win column after being away from competition for over two years. Nelson lost his last bout to Gilbert Burns via unanimous decision September of 2019
