Ian McCall aka "Uncle Creepy"

By FCF Staff

Following a unanimous decision loss to Demetrious Johnson on June 8th, Ian McCall won’t have to wait long for an opportunity to get back on track, as the UFC has announced that the flyweight will fight John Moraga on August 4th.

The bout will be part of the UFC on FOX 4 card, which will be hosted by The Staples Center in Los Angeles.

McCall (11-3) failed to advance into the finals of the promotion’s ongoing flyweight tourney after losing to Johnson, who he had previously battled to a draw on March 3rd.

The 28 year-old-fighter worked his way into the UFC by winning four straight bouts and a championship with Tachi Palace Fights.

Moraga (10-1) will make his Octagon debut having won four fights in a row since he was defeated by recent TUF winner John Dodson in December, 2010.

UFC on FOX 4 will feature a light-heavyweight bout between former champ Mauricio Rua and Brandon Vera in the main event.

Here is the card to date.
