Invicta FC 16: Ayaka Hamasaki Retains Atomweight Belt, Jennifer Maia Takes Interm Flyweight Title

Invicta FC 16 took place in Las Vegas, Nevada last night, and the card featured two championship fights.

In the atomweight division, Ayaka Hamasaki defended her crown, by submitting Amber Brown with a third round armbar.

At 125 pounds, Jennifer Maia secured the interim belt, by working her way to a unanimous decision win over Vanessa Porto. Reigning champ Barb Honchak is currently on a hiatus from fighting.
