The Maximum Fighting Championship has confirmed the first opponent for recently signed middleweight Jay Silva, as the UFC vet will take on Jacen Flynn at the promotion’s upcoming February 15th card in Edmonton, Alberta. In addition, the promotion has also announced that Jason Zentgraf will face middleweight Luke Harris at the MFC 36 card.

Silva (8-6) is coming off a majority decision loss to Michal Materla while competing for KSW in May, and Flynn (10-3) will be looking to rebound from a stoppage defeat he suffered versus current MFC champ Elvis Mutapcic in August.

Zentgraf (6-1) scored a first round, submission win over Cody Krahn in his last performance at MFC 34, while Harris (9-2) was stopped by former TUF competitor Joseph Henle at that same August 10th card.

MFC 36 will be broadcast live on AXS TV and will be hosted by Edmonton’s Shaw Conference Centre.
