John Lineker Posts Statement Following Withdrawal From UFC Brooklyn

After being forced out of UFC Brooklyn due to injury, John Lineker has apologized to his fans for his withdrawal, in a recent statement he posted.
Lineker was supposed to fight Cory Sandhagen at the January 19th event, but recently he pulled out of the card due to an undisclosed injury. Since then, the heavy-handed bantamweight posted this statement via Twitter:
I am sorry I wont be fighting on the upcoming jan 19th card.
I thank ATT, family, friends and fans of “ Hands of Stone” s work. I hope to be rescheduled soon so that I can put on another show for the all my fans.

The 28-year-old Lineker hasn’t fought now since May, 2018, when he stopped Brian Kelleher.
