Johnson, Diaz, Gaudinot and Lineker Collect UFC on FOX Bonuses
Diaz Earns Title Shot, Will Wait for Winner of Henderson, Edgar II

Not only did Nate Diaz become the first man to stop Jim Miller in the main event of last night’s UFC on FOX 3 card, the lightweight collected “Submission of the Night” honors and reportedly a title shot.
For the highlight reel guillotine choke, which brought the bout to an end in the second round, Diaz received an additional $65,000 for the fight ending technique.
UFC President Dana White announced after the event that Diaz will wait on the sidelines until later this year, in order to face the winner of the upcoming rematch between lightweight champion Benson Henderson and Frankie Edgar.
Although the title fight’s date has not been confirmed, it’s expected to take place in August.
Lavar Johnson received “Knockout of the Night” and an extra $65,000 for his first round stoppage of noted striker Pat Barry.
With the dramatic win, Johnson has scored back-to-back first round stoppages in his first two UFC fights, as the heavyweight was coming off a victory over Joey Beltran in January.
And “Fight of the Night” went to flyweights Louis Gaudinot and John Lineker for their action backed bout, which saw Gaudinot secure the win with a second round, guillotine choke.
