Jon Jones Believes Daniel Cormier’s Days Competing at 205 Are Done
By FCF Staff
Daniel Cormier has said he still wants to return to light-heavyweight for a third bout with Jon Jones, before his career winds up, but the latter doesn’t see that taking place.
Cormier is preparing to defend the heavyweight title against Stipe Miocic at UFC 241, August 17th. But, recently the decorated fighter said he is still targeting another bout with Jones at 205.
While speaking to Dan Hardy in a BT Sports interview, however, Jones relayed that he “definitely” doesn’t believe Cormier will make the cut again.

"DC is a special athlete, I don't think most guys would beat him!"
