According to a new report, Jose Aldo and Cub Swanson are going to fight again, nearly ten years after they did back in 2009.

Aldo (27-4) faced Swanson (25-10) at WEC 41 and proceeded to finish the latter in just eight seconds. According to a new report from Combate, the featherweight contenders are going to fight again at UFC 233, January 26th.

In Aldo’s last bout, at UFC on FOX 30 in July, he stopped Jeremy Stephens. Swanson, meanwhile, was submitted by Renato Carneiro at UFC 227 in August.

UFC 233 will be hosted by Anaheim, California.

Update: since the initial report Swanson has relayed via Twitter that he will not be ready to fight at UFC 223, January 26th.
