Kelvin Gastelum out of his UFC 273 bout

According to ESPN’s Brett Okamoto, Kelvin Gastelum is out of his UFC 273 bout against Dricus Du Plessis due to an undisclosed injury.
Gastelum was looking to get back into the win column after losing his last two bouts. Kelvin Gastelum has not fought since August of 2021, where he lost via unanimous decision against Jared Cannonier.
There is no word on whether or not the promotion plans to rebook the bout between Gastelum and Du Plessis to a later date or move on from the bout.
